Think twise b4 sending a naughty SMS!!!

Hi! This post is not for any earning step but i want to share this info to my readers that possessing any kind of naughty SMS or porn MMS is now a crime as per IT Act. According to the IT Act an obscene SMS could lead to a fine of 1 lakh(approx $2250) while if caught a second time then one could land in prison for 10years.


We never thought that it could land us in jail or burn a hole in our pocket. Maybe now we will have to be more careful whilesending such SMS. Well such an act is a good move as it will be of great help to the women.

But i want to say that needs should more simplification. Exchange of SMSs is quite common among the colleagues and friends. Sending porn SMS again the will of the person can be considered as crime but keeping any porn SMS can never come under the ambit of criminal activity. The act should be implemented in a more simple and classified manner.
